Saved me a bundle
My Electrolux fan oven wasnt heating. Googled it and worked out what the problem was - fan element. Looked at Ransom spares video of how to replace it. Made sure no power to oven - was safe. Followed simple guidelines and was easy to remove old one ( that showed wear and tear - cracked) and replace new one - 2 screws and 2 spade connectors only. Replaced it put back on the cover and turned on power. Worked fine. Am no sparky but just took my time and followed simple instructions. All good and been working fine since - last few weeks.

Dont Hesitate!
The fan heating element on my Zanussi oven stopped heating up. I looked at calling a repairman but had a quick look on the net for the part. I found it on Ransom Spares website along with a video on how to install it. I was very impressed. I emailed Ransom and they replied with details and shipping to Spain costs. All in all Im so impressed with their service that I wont hesitate to use them again if another appliance fails. Thanks guys, you saved me a fortune.

Excellent all round
I had expected to pay out to have my Zanussi oven fixed when I came across Ransoms website. Then I realised how easy it would be to do it myself - thanks to the great videos. I received the element even sooner than promised, so all was good and I'll use them if I ever need any spares again Thanks
