How does the fan element help in heat dispersion in your oven?
The fan heater element draws air from the oven, directs it over the heating element to raise its temperature, and recirculates the heated air throughout the oven cavity.
This forced convection creates a steady flow of hot air, ensuring a more even distribution of heat around the food being cooked.
Why do fan oven elements fail?
Fan oven elements deteriorate or cease to function properly with the intense heat generated during cooking. If you observe that your oven is not heating up adequately, takes longer than usual to reach the desired temperature, or exhibits noticeable hot or cold spots, replace the fan element.

Fan element easy to fit
I bought this for my Zanussi oven - had to get the grill element as well (from ransom spares also) so fitted both items at the same time. Surprisingly easy to fit using the helpful videos as a guide. Thank you!!!!!
