Cooker hood PCB - easy fix, great job
I bought a cooker hood off eB@y and stupidly didn't test it. After it lying around while my kitchen was waiting to be fitted we tried it and found no power. I called out an appliance specialist who gave a free diagnosis and an outrageous estimate to fix. I took a chance and ordered the part from Ransom and had my dad fit it. the part was delivered promoptly and was easy to fit. Now my £70 disaster has turned into £120 bargain. I am very happy :)

I was initially a little concerned that the packaging had been previously opened and stapled back together, despite a lable stating that once opened the item could not be returned.. But after a call to the order line, I was reassured that it had been opened to inspect the board and it was an unused item. I did inspect the board myself and it did appear to be an un-used item. The cooker hood has been used daily for the last couple of months with no problems at all.
