Great product, easy to fit

I have no knuckles intact.

Whilst the ordering and delivery of this part caused me no trouble and having experienced great service from Ransoms, ( I had ordered another part incorrectly which they helped rectify very promptly) it has to be the most difficult part to remove and fit. I found the best way to access it was by lying the machine on its back and removing the bottom plate but as the title sugests this still has its drawbacks. Please don@t let this detrcact from the service and help I received from Ransoms

great product and service

Faced with a call out charge of £80 plus parts which would be charged at £55 for this item the cost would have been over £130 so not worth repairing the dishwasher and facing a minimum of £330 for new dishwasher. This part , very easily fitted, remove 2 screws on the back, undo 2 clips and slide in place instead cost £22 and works as new. Easy decision for next time !! The item was quickly delivered and well packaged, no brainer really
