Mixed Bag
Product excellent and very easy to fit. There was a problem in that it was damaged in transit. Contacted Ransom - they were first class in dealing with the problem ( I suggested better packing which they took on board); and sent replacement promptly. Overall a good provider. Well done

OEM part - which is good.
A replacement brew unit for a Siemans built-in coffee machine. Fits and works well. Although quite a few design changes from the original unit. Took ages to arrive probably because of the Royal Mail strike. Perhaps a different delivery service should be considered? Royal Mail are not fit for purpose.

Direct replacement, fixed my problem.
Quick delivery at a good price. It proved to be a direct replacement for the original part which was easy to fit & solved the problem I had with the original unit.

New part for old appliance
Found it difficult to source the correct part for my old neff coffee machine until I came across this website and after putting in model number etc it was there and I had it in a few days. Sorted!
