What is a central brewing unit for coffee machines?

Brewer Unit Solves Issue
We had a constant issue with the coffee machine asking to clean Brewer unit. Sometime 2 or 3 times a day. Neff didn't seem to have the answer and so we risked replacing the unit to see if that solved it... was pleased to get a genuine part arrive, easy to fit obviously and 3 weeks later and dozens of brews the machine has performed perfectly. So if anyone else has the constant demand of 'Clean Brewer Unit' i recommend change the Brewer and enjoy your extra time you have just gained

Product excellent and very easy to fit. There was a problem in that it was damaged in transit. Contacted Ransom - they were first class in dealing with the problem ( I suggested better packing which they took on board); and sent replacement promptly. Overall a good provider. Well done

OEM part - which is good.
A replacement brew unit for a Siemans built-in coffee machine. Fits and works well. Although quite a few design changes from the original unit. Took ages to arrive probably because of the Royal Mail strike. Perhaps a different delivery service should be considered? Royal Mail are not fit for purpose.

Hi Phil, once the part has been fitted we are unable to have it back for a refund. I would recommend contacting an engineer to see if they can confirm the part required.
