Ordered part with next day delivery. Due to mix up with courier service (Royal Mail) received it 3 days later. Contacted customer service and was quickly refunded the postage cost. These things happen and it was quickly resolved so not the end of the world. Good quality product at a great price. Would recommend and will use this company again.

Door seal Indesit washer-dryer
The door seal was delivered quite quickly (it's overseas ;-)) so I only had to find some time to replace the damaged one. Not the easiest part to replace but not far as difficult as the same part in a Hoover washing machine (this one is an Indesit - another Italian manufacturer, and it's is a washer/dryer). The quality of the spare part is excellent - as expected from a genuine one. Only the mounting of the spring retaining band back onto the new door seal was quite a struggle (but - again much easier that the device used in a Hoover appliance). Conclisively: a hight quality spae part for a fair price.
