Ordered part with next day delivery. Due to mix up with courier service (Royal Mail) received it 3 days later. Contacted customer service and was quickly refunded the postage cost. Door seal Indesit washer-dryer
The door seal was delivered quite quickly (it's overseas ;-)) so I only had to find some time to replace the damaged one. Not the easiest part to replace but not far as difficult as the same part in a Hoover washing machine (this one is an Indesit - another Italian manufacturer, and it's is a washer/dryer). The quality of the spare part is excellent - as expected from a genuine one. Only the mounting of the spring retaining band back onto the new door seal was quite a struggle (but - again much easier that the device used in a Hoover appliance). Conclisively: a hight quality spae part for a fair price.
