Replacement double grill for oven
My Hotpoint double oven's double grill had died and I thought I was going to have to go to the expense of a replacement oven at around £400. I noticed two screws at the back of the grill plate and wondered if it was possible to replace. I searched online and found ransom spares. There was even a video explaining how to replace. It took me about 20mins and it works like new. More than happy to pay £25 instead of £400.

Great product, really good value.
I was a little sceptical as to whether this would be the correct part but it was spot on. Arrived quickly and very reasonable price even with the postage. Checked online video for the fitting process, job done quickly and the element is very efficient (better than the original I would say!).

Double Grill
Fitted a new double grill. Followed the instructions on the video. It could not have been more straight forward. It was easy to fit and works like new. In fact I discovered that the old double grill had been incorrectly fitted by the manufacturer. One side was lower than the other. Toast is evenly cooked now. Start to finish 10 minutes. Quick delivery, even allowing for the recent bad weather. Cost comparison, bought £25.00 and fitted at a time to suit myself. Local electrician, a week or two, an hour or more to fit plus parts approx. £115. Total savings about £90.00. Highly recommended to all. Give them a try, you'll surprise yourself. I did. Oh, not forgetting the ...... brownie points. I believe everyone in the family is now walking taller, especially me. Give Ransom Spares a try, save time and money. Fast, Well Priced, and Fitted in minutes
Really pleased, best price around fast delivery, well packaged arrived when promised. Fitting was straight forward and had everything removed and fitted in minutes. To quote another product"It does what it says on the tin". Easy to fit after watching u-tube vid of "how to----". Very pleased with product. Fitted perfectly. 10 out of 10. Can have sausages again. HOORAY.
