Easy fit part

This element fitted perfectly in the oven and was an easy job, in fact easier than fitting the thermostat. It was delivered promptly and got my tenants oven back up and running in no time. Very pleased with the service.

Primal cooker element

Great product, easy to replace! This is the second time I have had to order this element. The first time was 6 years ago, second time a few weeks back. Good price and dispatched quickly, just what I need with a full house. Easy to fit and hopefully my cooker will last another 6 years. First class product & service.

Great video

Oven was no longer heating up. Was about to buy a new oven when I thought I would Google the problem and came across your excellent video. I am not particularly handy but I managed to fit this with ease saving myself at least £200 minimum for the extra cost of a new oven, very happy customer

Oven element

Arrived promptly and packaged well. Oven is 8 years old and this is the 3rd element the oven has had. Quality seems OK and I will order another as a spare as they don't seem to last that long.

Easy to fit to get cooking again

Nothing wrong with the part. Shame about the appliance. I might have been able to have fit it in situ but the design of the oven, so I had to remove the appliance. But I soon had it working again! Wife very pleased.

Solid product. No major problems.

Delivery of the part was quick and efficient. Fitting was more complex for me than it should have been because I'd let the spade clip connectors slip down the back of the oven, so I had to remove the whole oven and take the back off (my fault). Once done, though, the fitting was relatively straightforward. I had to bend the connectors on the element slightly to fit the holes in my oven but that was the only problem. The oven worked fine after replacement. I'm hoping that this element lasts a bit longer than the last one we had fitted (not from this supplier).
