I found that dealing with Ransomes was both easy and efficient. The part was shipped and arrived in the time frame they quoted and I would be pleased to deal with them again in the future and to recommend them to others.

quality product.
Once you find out that the hinge has a back plate on the other side you will fit it easily enough,but don't let it drop down into the bottom of the machine unless you have very thin arms.......unlike me.Learn from my mistake.

needs two people
Pretty straight forward to fit on actual door, had been warned about plate inside machine, so had to take top of washer so I could hold it so it didn't fall in machine, needs two people to screw door back on, with team work saved call out fee and job done, thanks

Just what were needed.
Parts just what were needed. Easy to fit. Value for money as saved me having to buy a new tumble drier! Only problem is this is the second time I have had to replace the door hinge so is probably a design/product weakness in the tumble drier. I may be back!

Straightforward replacement part.
Easy to find, good price, quickly delivered, easy to fit. The hinge itself is made of a very weak alloy which means it is the the second time I have had to replace it - feedback for the manufacturer? I also got the door hinge bearings which were helpfully prompted.

Good product.
Not having any experience, the hindge screws into a bracket, to get to this, you have to take the top of the washer off and move the soap powder draw to one side, once you know this its a easy. Good job done.

What I asked for
It was a specific part for a washing machine. It fitted, wasn't faulty and did the job. The only downside was I was promised a next-day delivery and it took two days... Lucky me that it fitted in the mail box!

speedy and reliable
I ordered the part after reading some reviews of the company online. The part arrived quickly and fit my machine perfectly. The price was much lower than on other sites and i have had no issues with it since i fitted it myself.
