Perfect product unbelievable service
The oven stopped just before I put the turkey in on Christmas Day, Sunday. I went online, found Ransom Spares, submitted order, got confirmation as soon as office reopened on Wednesday and part was on my doorstep on Friday morning. It doesn't get any better than that.

Perfect fit
This part was a perfect fit for my Diplomat oven, it was easy to fit and works. The ordering process was straightforward and delivery was prompt. The part was a fair bit cheaper than other sites I looked at, so excellent value.

Great product easy to fit
my oven fan was working but the oven wasn't heating up. I got the oven I'd number from the back of the oven and ordered this part. It was fairly Easy to fit didn't take long at all . Just had to take the front and back off the oven but it came apart easily just a few screws.
