Saved me over £200
My tumble dryer drum stopped rotating, and the immediate reaction, it was 13 years old was to look at new dryer prices mostly in excess of £220.Being a pensioner I decided to take the back off, easy but very dusty. I found a jockey pulley that had melted. I put the model into google and found Ransom did a pulley for £9 posted so ordered.It arrived very quickly and was easily fitted but the drive belt ????? Which pulleys did it go round ???Very helpful Ransom emailed me a map and off we go, lets hope it lasts another 13 years. Thank you all at Ransom Spares....top service.

TUMBLEDOWN TUMBLE DRYER
TUMBLE DRYER GOT LOUDER OVER PERIOD OF WEEKS. SOMETHING APPEARED BROKEN. GOT TO THE POINT WHERE WE ENVISAGED REPLACING WITH A NEW ONE UNTIL I OPENED IT UP AND FOUND A BROKEN JOCKEY PULLEY. STRAIGHT ONTO THE INTERNET, WHICH RECOMMENDED RANSOM SPARES. IDENTIFIED THE PART REQUIRED, SENT OFF REQUEST AND WITHIN 2 DAYS I RECEIVED THE REPLACEMENT. IT TOOK THE MINIMUM OF TIME AND ONLY A LITTLE BIT OF ABILITY TO REMOVE THE FAULTY PART AND REPLACE IT WITH MY RANSOM SPARES REPLACEMENT. IT FITTED PERFECTLY AND THE DRYER NOW SOUNDS LIKE NEW. JUST FEEL LIKE THEY HAVE SAVED ME HUNDREDS OF POUNDS ( WHICH, IN FACT, THEY ACTUALLY DID!) DRYER STILL SOUNDS LIKE NEW AFTER SEVERAL MONTHS. ITS NICE TO KNOW THERE IS SOMEONE OUT THERE YOU CAN TRUST TO HELP YOU WHEN NEEDED.
