Spot on replacement
It was such a relief to be able to get a replacement part, and it was easy to fit, all at a fraction of the cost of calling out the engineer!!

Easy to fit.
The pump was a genuine Hotpoint part. The price was half of anywhere else.I have dealt with Ransomes in the past, they have never let me down.

So easy to fit
This product was so easy to fit even for a woman with no experience in fitting a new pump to a washing machine. Completely satisfied and solved the problem I had and now working well.

Pump
A little wary because of negative feedback regarding contact with supplier. However had no problem using chat system on their site. Kept fully informed and pump arrived on time.

Exact product match at a cheap price
Website was easy to follow and check which part was required for my machine. Looked around and found this site was cheapest by about 15%. Part arrived within a couple of days (with standard delivery) and was fitted within 10 minutes. Washing machine has worked flawlessly ever since - by spending a couple of hours and some common sense to diagnose the problem I have saved myself around £400 by not needing a new machine.

Drain pump, easy fit in 10 minutes
Original manufacturer drain pump was a good price and arrived on time. Very easy to fit - 2 pipe clips , 1 electrical connection, 4 screws on access panel. Hardest bit was removing and replacing the washing machine!

Hotpoint Drain Pump
After my Hotpoint washing machine started to make an awful noise, I identified the culprit to be the drain pump. An internet search showed Ransomes to be selling the pump at a competitive price. It was well packed and arrived quickly. For less than £20 and 30 minutes of my time, the washing machine was restored back to its former glory! I would definitely use Ransom Spares again.

Washing machine now runs like a dream
Was going to buy a new washing machine, as didn't want huge repair bills again. So glad I listened to advice about how simple it would be to repair ourselves. Part fitted perfectly and in minutes the washing machine was running perfectly again. Saved £125 doing ourselves! Delivery was prompt. Thanks
