product arrived in good condition and in very good time unfortunately they where the wrong size though the web site confirmed they were the item for the intended machine they were for a smaller wheel ,but as they sort of fitted and did not look that much out of place and that the return postage and hassle was not really worth the hassle i kept them but otherwise found company to be very good ,i am sure that if i was really unhappy with the product i am sure i would not have had a problem getting exactly what i ordered.
