Great service and so pleased I could get a replacement tube. In terms of the service offered by Ransom Spares this was first class. The product was a Karcher product and is made from cheap plastic unlike the brass outlet tube and this is a design fault in my opinion as mine has split twice. To replace the part was relatively easy but the old C clip wouldn't got back in so I had to improvise and use a piece of wire instead which was far from simple and made the easy job difficult and time consuming. The tube should come with the C clip in my opinion as you cant fit the tube without it and the old one was distorted. In terms of Ransom Spares I recommend them but Karcher wanted £178 to repair this poorly designed tube so thumbs down to Karcher.
