Carbon brush for Neff washing machine motor
I know the carbon brush was illustrated showing a single carbon brush at £24.30 but no way did I expect it to be sold as a single item. Brushes always come in pairs and no one in their right mind would order and fit just on brush, it just makes no sense. It was misleading and I was gob smacked when just one brush arrived. I then had to order another brush, doubling the the price which was bad enough but had to pay another delivery charge. Up till now my dealings with Ransom was first class but this was a bit of a let down.
