I ordered the replacement pump in the afternoon and received the morning after. I had already removed the old pump and fitted the new one in 10mins. The replacement was almost identical to the original and was made well so I am more than happy and will definitely purchase parts from Ransome again if the need arises.

First one broken

First product delivered with housing broken. Clearly broken before sending because broken part not in package. Got in touch and they sent replacement and this arrived next day. Great rectification of problem. Part itself is aftermarket and does not feel as robust as original but no complaints at the price. Fitted easily and working fine. Great service overall despite initial problems.

this part was a fraction of the cost of the genuine part but its exactly the same.i couldnt see any difference really easy to fit 2 hose clips ,twist 1 screw and it was done my machine works like new, really good replacement part

I am amateur and managed, with some effort, to fit this ok after filter on last one completely blocked with sediment. Only a bit more expensive to buy this than the filter on its own, so happy with that. Appears almost entirely equivalent except minor dize discrepancies which on no way affect fitting or function. Been running ten times and no problems so far. Also removed hose to drum (not to do with this art) and this was much more tricky to replace and re- seal, so be careful to check for leaks and be very vigilant about tightening, re- sealing etc afterwards..
Great value, not the Bosch part but works great

The part was not the Bosch part, but was less than half the price and works great. If I had the official part I probably could have replaced just the faulty pump saving a little bit of work removing the whole Pump and filter. However, no bid deal and brilliant for the price.

Hi I'm looking for a replacement Washing Machine Drain Pump for a Bosch Avantixx 7 WAE24367GB/34. From your description i think this is the 4 bayonet fixing version. Can you confirm. I also have pictures of the original pump would it be possible to send you these to confirm? Otherwise, I'm happy to order the genuine part.

Hi Alistair, I can confirm this is compatible for your model, as long as you change the entire pump and housing shown.

The photo shows pump inlet (frontmost) to the right and outlet (rearmost) to the left side. This is the opposite to the Bosch part, and will make the hoses pretty hard to fit. Is the photo correct, or has it been reversed?
