Quality product, easy to fit
Very good quality seal and formed of one solid piece of rubber. (The one I had ordered previously from another company came with a 'split' in each corner which meant the heat continued to escape through the gaps - completely defeated the object and obviously returned for a refund!) VERY simple to fit just by stretching slightly and attaching the small hooks to oven panel - literally took 30 seconds! Appears to be holding up just fine - heat is retained in oven and food cooks a lot quicker. Good delivery. Would recommend.

Good quality replacement door seal
Good quality replacement door seal for an elderly Creda Concept C460, much repaired over the years and still going strong. It was a cinch to fit, and although the door needs a bit more effort to push closed, the seal did not need any further adjustment or cutting back. Grateful to Ransom for keeping the show on the road, and at a very reasonable price.

Good Product, fitted my old oven
This is a genuine original manufacturers seal. My 112WGR oven is quite old now and I suspect this latest version of the seal is designed to fit multiple ovens of which mine might be one of the larger ones (my pin distance is 455mm x 375mm apart but with the diagonal corners the seal sits even further away than this at 480mm x 400mm - this new seal un-fitted measures 440mm x 380mm, so I did wonder if it would fit). It therefore needed a bit of a stretch to get it to fit, but it did fit and has been installed for over a week now, no issues - other than burning food as the oven is now hotter than we had got used too!. Easy to fit with just 4 pins to hold the 4 corners in place.

Oven door seal for old Cannon Stratford
Old seal finally died by splitting along long top edge so as temporary fix refitted with split at bottom to minimise heat loss during roasting and baking but, needing a new seal, consulted Google. Discovered Ransomes who have been excellent, especially Tom Green! Model plate on front has long since disappeared and advised that there may be a plate on the rear. Found same and reordered, now identified, correct seal, which came within 2 days, thanks to speedy dispatch and excellent service by Royal Mail. Now have a fully working oven nd looking forward to many more happy hours in the kitchen!

Simple to install
The oven was unpredictable and had hot spots due to the old seal sometimes sagging, but not every time... This original part (not universal) fitted perfectly took 30 seconds to install and brought the oven back to its great reliable standard.

Very satisfied
Great product and very easy to fit. Old seal removed and new seal fitted in under 1 minute. Heat escape no linger an issue. My only issue is the cost, nearly £20 for what is only a rubber seal seems over the top, However I appreciate that other sellers are even more expensive.

Not quite the same style as the original, but the oven is about 27 years old,so I guess the style will be a bit different. It fits ok.
