Does what it’s supposed to do
After my new Indesit oven arrived with no shelf for the grill, I bought this one. It fits perfectly and does exactly what it should. It just lost a star because the bar at the back of the shelf arrived bent, but this hasn’t stopped the shelf from working!

Good product & great service
Product is a perfect fit for the oven and better than cheaper or extendable versions which do not have the lip at the back of the shelf to stop trays and items sliding into the back of your oven and getting stuck. Service was great, delivery was quick, updates were sent in regards to stock and delivery.

Great oven shelves
I always come to Ransom Spares for my parts. Not disappointed with the oven shelves either. I went for the more expensive shelves that were specifically for my oven as opposed to the cheaper universal ones. Very impressed.

Additional Shelf for Indesit Oven
This additional shelf is a duplicate of the original one supplied with this Indesit oven. As such, it is interchangeable and indistinguishable in every respect. Although not cheap, it effectively turns the Indesit oven into the equivalent Hotpoint model which comes fitted with two shelves but is more expensive overall.

Matches existing shelves
This is the manufacturers original part and so made to exactly the same quality as the other shelves supplied with the oven. We had considered a generic part but were concerned that they were rather flimsy for heavy items and did not have the indent to stop the shelf pulling all the way out like the originals have. These are quite expensive but you are getting the original parts and as we only needed one (as the original oven only came with one shelf and we wanted to have two for more flexibility) and so decided the one-off investment was worth it.
