Right part at a good price

Perfect replacement
I needed a replacement in door shelf for a Bosch fridge. I actually ordered the wrong size originally which was my fault but Ransome’s assisted me to return this and identify and order the correct size shelf. It is of perfect quality. I am not sure why the part I needed was more expensive than the wrong one - same part slightly smaller size - but I am relieved I was able to get the correct part and can’t fault the service

New fridge door bottle shelf
This is a clear and helpful website and I was easily able to identify the part needed (despite there being many similar products) due to the accurate measurements given. The ordering and delivery process were spot on and the shelf arrived sooner than I expected. I have already recommended Ransom Spares to other people as I was really impressed by them.

Perfect replacement
Very helpful staff, identified part number of item I required after sending them email containing fridge model number and details. Part was out of stock but was notified when it became available. Seems a perfect original part replacement to broken bottle shelf I had, it fitted exactly, no problems. Overall price was a little more than I'd hoped for, but that's what you get for buying "Bosch" I guess. Would use company again without hesitation.

Everything worked perfectly. But 30 quid seems a lot of money for a replacement piece of plastic. Because of that, I am sure some people will make do with superglue and duct tape!

Good replacement for broken part
not complicated - the part was a perfect replacement for our broken Fridge door shelf - they just seem expensive for what they are.

Great Product, Disappointing Delivery Time
Product was a Bosch replacement part and exactly as advertised. Came well packaged and fits perfectly. Only issue was the delivery time. From initial email confirmation nothing else was received until I chased it after 11 days. Once chased it was delivered quickly. Was not a big problem and most likely due to Covid times.
