Replacement Product as good as original
Most useful video from Ransom allowed me to review how to fit prior to purchase. Fitting was easy and just as the video explained. Product indistinguishable from the original that was replaced. Happy to see everything working within half an hour of starting the replacement.

Replacement grill element for Hotpoint oven
Prompt deliver, reasonable price, fitted perfectly, gets hot when turned on. What more could you want of a replacement grill element? Will it last longer than the original? Only time will tell....

Easy to locate the part I needed on the web site and to confirm it would fit my model. Part arrived quickly and fitted easily. Too early to tell about quality but it does the biz! Of course I would be happier if it was half price - I am from York!

Well worth it
The new element works great and arrived promptly, and thanks to the excellent video (which has an oven exactly like ours!) was easy to install. It was a keen price too. Now we can grill fish fingers again!

The only site which gave me exact item when model no.entered Speedy delivery and proved easy to fit but would help if there were guidelines included eg.had to refit plate as thermostat was in poor contact with cooker will use site again and recommend
