Part fitted perfectly, good service
The part I needed was easy to find on the website and was confirmed as suitable for my model. It arrived quickly and was well packed. It was a slightly different colour to the original but for a drawer front in a freezer it made no difference. The price was very competitive too! I will certainly use Ransom Spares for any future requirements.

Item arrived broken but quickly dealt with by ransom via online chat & swiftly replaced. Old drawer front difficult to remove ( make sure drawer is warmed up), but new drawer front easy to fit. Happy customer

Perfect fit.
Exact same look and fit as original Lamona part. Took few days to arrive, but very pleased with it and will us Ransom spares again.

Just what we needed
Replacement part for a snapped freezer drawer front, perfect size and easy fit. Now the important part, the customer service, hands down some of the best customer service I have had in a very long time. The thing is what they did was simple, they were polite, efficient and knowledgable the three basic elements that are needed and this was consistent across the couple of people I dealt with. I had originally ordered the wrong part on their website and luckily I noticed when I reviewed the invoice they sent and they cancelled and refunded me almost immediately and helped me with the right part. Due to a delay in my responses I dealt with a couple of people and the sevice was consistent across them both so well done and thank you I would highly recommend your company.
