Great Product Easy to Fit
After watching a Youtube video from Ransom I was able to fit in the heating element with ease. The instructions were spot on and even with a novice like myself, I was able to complete the job in 30 minutes.

Easy to fit. Perfect replacement.
I have previously tried to save money by fitting a generic replacement element, which did not last well. This seems a lot better. Very quick service and easy to fit.

Easy to fit
Ordered this product and received in the time specified. Easy to fit and great value as I thought I would have to get a new cooker. I would certainly use Ransom again for any electrical parts I need, excellent service and easy to use website.

Fantastic service and assistance.
Oven element went so searched for replacement. Ransom spares came up and they even showed exactly how to replace the part by video on website. Great idea. Thanks again have used previously will use again.

Easy
Element was easy to find in terms of correct model. Easy to fit as there was a video (which is really helpful). I didn't compare loads of prices (I normally do) as this seemed so reasonably priced, with good advice so why would I bother? Speedy delivery and all worked fine.....except I discover the fan had also gone but Ransom had one of those too which was quickly dispatched and the oven is now fully operational. Great site, no problems.
