Product as advertised but should not have needed it in first place
This part was a replacement set of door springs and ropes for a Neff dishwasher which was only 4 years old. The original part which broke was made of plastic as was the replacement - a poor quality product for a supposedly top end machine. The replacement part was correct and was delivered on time and at a good price.

Great product!
I used these parts to replace the original door springs (poor plastic parts failed) on my Bosch SMV50CC00GB/18 integrated dishwasher. The parts arrived promptly, were easy to install and far superior to the originals. Great product.

Arrived in good time easy to fit
Springs and cable replacement for my Siemens machine. Correct parts received in good time. Easy to fit to replace the broken ones. Simply does what they say on the tin as the saying goes and the door now works perfectly without issue.

Exactly what was needed
The balance rope had broken on one side only, but as the kit came with two I changed them both. Once I had done one, the second was a matter of extra seconds. You'll find good fitting videos on YouTube.

Fixing perfectly good dishwasher
The dishwasher hatch opened crashing down after the plastic part that connects the cord to the spring went off. New parts fit perfectly and the otherwise good dishwasher is just like new again.
