Good part, delivered quickly

Perfect fix for dryer not heating up
Tumble dryer heater repair. Our tumble dryer had overheated and blown a safety cut out sensor located on the heater element assembly. I replaced the whole heater element which was a five minute fix, really easy to do and the part supplied was a perfect match. Good quality, quick delivery, well packaged, reasonably priced. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this spares company again.

Great Product, tricky to fit properly
First off there is some confusion on the part as the original has what appears to be a power rating of 1050W whilst the replacement is 2100W. On closer inspection the original is actually 2 x 1050W thus the ratings are identical. Getting the old one off and new one on is fairly simple, however, both the original and the replacement come with a liitle plastic gromit which affixes to the inside of the machine (from the inside) and holds the power cable away from the motor that drives both the drum and the fan for the heating element. Poking this gromit back through from the inside of the machine proved very tricky as the hole does not lend itself well to adult fingers and required the us of some thread to pull it close to the hole. Once fitted though works like new!

Perfect heater replacement
Got the E15 fault code, initial checks on Google suggested PCB fault but further investigation said heater fault. I removed the heater and found one of the two thermostats had failed, Random spares were the cheapest and delivered it on a next day service, fabulous service and new heater unit cured the issue.

Exactly what I needed
Product is of the exact same quality or better then the original. The fit was near perfect with the only adjustment needed on wires which was easy enough. It's been in place for a couple of weeks now and working fine. Price was reasonable, I only wish I'd bought this first instead of a PCB that I didn't need.
