Perfect - exactly as described
Product as described - in fact improved with the addition of a metal bar across the top which presumably strengthens the item. Fits perfectly and was delivered within 2 days of purchase. Really happy with my purchase and would not hesitate to use this company again.

Excellent service
I ordered a drawer for my Neff freezer. The service was excellent. The young lady I contacted via email replied to my enquiry promptly and the drawer was sent very quickly. It was a bit expensive - but Neff does not come cheap and as the freezer is several years old I was pleased there was a drawer available. I am more than impressed. Thank you.

I wasn't informed that it would take longer than expected to be dispatched as the supplier was 'out of stock' which was the only criticism I have as the product itself was well made & probably more robust than the original! - Very pleased with my replacement freezer drawer

Good replacement
After checking other websites I ordered from Ransom Spares as the price was competitive. Upon receipt I wasn't disappointed, the freezer drawer was an ideal replacement and fitted my Neff fridge/freezer exactly.
