Great replacement part.
Two of my fridge trays were damaged and I bought this as a replacement. Arrived very quickly, well packed, and was perfect for my needs.

Great product, easy to fit, fitted well
The shelves fitted well and slotted in easily. They seem good quality and robust. Bit pricey for simple bits of plastic, but cheaper than other sites!

Excelente replacement part
I had looked for ages for a replacement part for my fridge. Wasn't sure if it was the right one, customer service was great at advising and it's a perfect fit. I'd recommend this seller. The part took a little while to arrive but again I was kept informed of this and it wasn't a problem at all to me.

I quickly found Ransom online, and found the replacement shelf I needed very quickly. IT arrived quickly and is a perfect fit. Great product and service!

Great product, easy to fit.
This was a replacement part for original one which was damaged. Part is well built and sturdy, easy to fit in fridge. It is now in service.

Neff Bottle Shelf
We ordered two Neff shelf racks and were please with the prompt delivery, however one of the shelves on inspection had a manufacturing defect on the bottom. A simple email & picture and Ransom Spares Customer Service promptly replaced the defective shelf rack. First class service.

These products are ok, but can easily split, which is a shame as they are not cheap. But great services from this company.

The right part
The best silly price for a piece of plastic I could find, but when your bottle shelf is broken what else do you do. Ordered just before a bank holiday and arrived quickly. It was the right part c/o a very helpful website and we now have a bottle shelf again.

Replacement product
My original bottle rack had cracked and this was purchased as a replacement. Very happy with product as this has restored my fridge to the original look when I first purchased it. The first rack which arrived was the wrong one but this was very quickly resolved after a phone call to customer services who were very impressive in resolving the problem. Well done!!
