Replaced a noisy pump. Quality item, easy swap, worth paying extra for the complete components rather than the pump alone.

Original Part, straightforward to fit
The pump is located behind the lower plastic trim on the right hand side. I found it best to tip the machine backwards so the front is off the floor. One screw holds the plastic panel in place, which then slides to the right to remove, and one screw holding the pump to the machine. Two spring clips to compress and remove the hose and the electrical connection pulls off with a wiggle. Replacement is the reverse. Great job!

Not an original Bosch part but a very good quality part nonetheless. Easy replacement, perhaps 30 minutes total.

Bosch Drain Pump & Filter ~ RS70348
Good quality pump. RS70348 was sold as an OEM part; winding on new part wasn't Cu as per the original, could be Sn plated.... but.... probably an Al winding? Didn't have any issues replacing, done in 10 minutes. It's quiet & working well. Didn't want to risk an non-original part, just not worth it - for all the hassle it could cause.

Fitted in no time
Fitted in no time at all. Took my husband 20 mins max. Quiet is restored. Now to the mountain of washing that's accumulated.
