GLAD I FOUND THEM
I 'found' Ransomes' and ordered two paddles for my Hotpoint washing machine. Their website was easy and quick to use; the delivery only took two working days and the parts were literally half the price as Hotpoint direct. A win, win, win situation.

Quick delivery, good replacement
The products arrived very quickly, and were genuine exact matches for a indesit wde12 model - something that wasn't easy to ascertain on other sites since the difference is only apparent from the underside.

Drum Paddle - Easy to fit

Super service and price
Searched the web for the best value replacement drum paddle I needed, and Ransom spares were the least expensive by quite a margin. I did think that at that price I would get an inferior product, but on receipt of the spares I was pleasantly surprised to find that the product was as good as one from another much more expensive spares company I had used previously. Quickly delivered and at a good price - I will be using Ransom again!

Top quality, great service
Replacement purchased for a faulty broken lifter. Arrived promptly and I have found Ransom Spares to be the cheapest supplier (and the best, especially in terms of service and communications). Only downside is awkwardness of replacing this part, but all in all has solved the problem.
