Expensive Cheap Plastic Parts
Easy website to order on and usual standard of delivery. But what get's my goat is that these cheap plastic parts are, well... so expensive! The business model here doesn't have sustainability anywhere in it. The old cheap plastic shelf is now part of landfill (or incinerator fuel, I think, round our area). So I've grudgingly paid a load of money for something that won't even have cost pence to make. The only winners here are the manufacturers and the retailers. It's not very 2019, yet I'm not sure of the alternatives. Bosch: you have a moral and ecological responsibility to do better than this. Writing this review in order to get a 10% discount because I need another part and at these prices, 10% makes a difference...

replacement part
the bottle shelf rack on my fridge recently broke so I ordered a replacement part from ransom spares the price quoted was unfortunately excluding p&p so that was another approx. £3.50 and when the part arrived it was broken even though it was excellently packed so I phoned the company and after emailing them pictures of the damage they arranged a replacement part straight away, when the new part arrived it was a perfect fit .

Excellent Service
This was the cheapest price I could find for this genuine part. When I received the part it appeared to have broken in transit, through no fault of the supplier. I asked if I could switch it for a new one and they said throw the broken one away and we'll send you another. Received another in perfect condition within the next couple of days. Excellent service.

Great Product

Right part
This was the bottle shelf ordered for the KGN34VI20G / 04 model Bosch fridge. It wasn't sure if this part would fit this model fridge and I'm pleased to report that it does.

Quick delivery
My wife smashed the milk shelf in our fridge but within three days was all back as new and replaced, good genuine part, better than the original, but a little over priced. Would recommend Ransom spares as no other company had this part in stock, well done!!!!

Excellent Service
Just to say it is the first time I have used your firm and I can say it won't be the last. The service is brilliant, I ordered a door tray for my fridge on New Years Eve not expecting it to be sent until at least the middle of January, to my surprise on the 2nd it was emailed to say it was on its way, Monday morning 5th Jan it was delivered and fitted into my fridge by 10.30am,Thank-you for your prompt and excellent service.

Fast Delivery / well packaged
Very happy with the service and thrilled it was delivered so quickly, with no damage as the packagning was suitable. I almost broke the part trying to fit it, but this a design fault with the product which is why it broke in the first place (it appears to be in place, then snaps off with added weight of shelf contents). Overall - very happy! Thank you for a great service.

Great service
My Bosch milk tray in my fridge/freezer got knocked and split down the side so i contacted Ransom spares for a replacement. Their web site was very clear, also fairly local so i ordered from them. Delivery was quite quick. Packaged very well indeed. I will certainly be using them again.

Fine product
Just a fine produckt, and fits in to my refrigerator, easy to replace. Shipping to Denmark took long time, if you need it fast.
