First puchase from Ransom Spares
Recently purchased a replacement freezer drawer to replace one of ours that had cracked. It was the first time I'd used Ransom Spares and the whole process was a delight, the website made it easy to find the correct part by simply entering the Fridge Freezer Serial Number. Once the part was identified the ordering process was quick and easy. The Drawer arrived within a couple of days packed superbly to avoid damage in transit and was a perfect replacement for the broken one.

Ransom Spares have one of the easiest parts identification websites going. Their illustrated parts list enabled me to identify exactly which parts I needed for a Zanussi Fridge Freezer and took all of the guess-work out. Their straight-forward on-line ordering system and fast delivery made for great customer service. The parts were genuine and the packaging used was excellent (important when shipping parts like plastic or glass drawers & shelves). Highly recommended.
