Electrolux Fridge spare part
Having selected the web site it was easy enough to locate the spare part, once the make/model of the fridge had been input. I wanted to double check that I had the right part and the initial e-mail was responded to quickly. The part was bought and dispatched speedily. Would use the company again, if required.

Quality replacement part
I was very impressed by the Ransom's website, it was easy to find the exact part required (not so on other sites). Delivery was quick and the part was well packed. Also the price was competitive.

Manufacturer's own brand product. Could be better!
Ransom spares are brilliant. Good price, excellent service and easy to use web site. The slide unit is made from rigid white plastic, unfortunately the "build" quality is not great and it feels quite flimsy. The two end tabs which are used to attach the slide to the glass shelf are insubstantial and easily become unclipped from the shelf. From experience they are also weak and liable to break easily rendering the slide useless. Bosch should do a better job of specifying a more robust slider.
