Painless Purchase
Needed a new drawer for my 10+ year Bosch freezer. Used phone to copy serial number, entered on their web site and found the appropriate part. Arrived two days later, well packaged and actually superior to damaged item and fitted perfectly. Would definitely use this company again for fair prices and painless experience.

Ordered the replacement draw which was received promptly and was well packaged and was spot on. The problem with such products is they all seem overpriced. That said Ransoms service was great

great service from ransomes and the replacement drawers fit ok,but i wonder how long they will last,the manufacturers build in obsolescence to maintain their margins instead of considering the long term damage to the environment.these items should last the lifetime of the appliance and not end up in landfill in a few years time.
