Great product
I ordered a new freezer drawer and it came quickly and was packaged extremely well, so wasn’t damaged or scratched at all. Easy to replace old freezer drawer and could be used straight away. I would definitely recommend this company.

Cheaper than on AEG/Electrolux website & better quality
The replacement part of this on the AEG / Electrolux website was something like £65 incl postage so it was much cheaper buying it from ransom spares and the version of this is different to the one on the AEG/ Electrolux website too. The one on ransomspares come with a more sturdy metallic like handle part so is more sturdy and looks better, the plastic seems slightly stronger than the original plastic that came with the fridge itself. The plastic seems like not so prone to cracking. I'm happy with the purchase as this £40 incl postage is much more affordable.

Replacement for damaged drawers in freezer
Considering the restrictions that everyone is working under thanks to CV-19, the process was remarkably simple - find the right part for the pacific freezer (this was the time-consuming piece!!), ordering easy and delivery under our current circumstances was speedy with regular updates on progress.
