Very efficient
Bottom freezer drawer broken needed replacing spoke via email with Mr Tony Green who was extremely helpful in explaining why the measurements quoted by the actual Zanussi fridge details were different to the drawer required and ensured the drawer was the correct one and us was it was delivered promptly and looks great no broken drawer for us!

Simple easy replacement part
Product is as expected and fits straight in freezer. Overall the plastic feels a little flimsy but this is as the original so can't expect it to be any better. Delivery was very quick and well protected in boxes.
