Piece of cake
Indesit wanted £60 for 3 of these and refused to tell me how to fit them. Less than £20 for 3 here and a video of how to fit them. Fast delivery, well packaged. I'll be returning for spares here.

What a find this company is, a little gem, thought I would have to buy new machine until I found ransomspares just entered ref no and voila there was my spare part, next day delivery, very reasonably priced, part was easy to fit and hey presto one usabe washing machine. Would definitely recommend.

Service up and beyond
I purchased 1 to replace a broken part arrived as it should of unfortunately it broke I called the company they cave me some advice on what to check and I did that I ordered a further 3 but they replaced the first one free of charge that sort of service goes a long way and is hard to find replacement parts came fitted and no further trouble thanks to the people I spoke to at the service team. This is now my first choice and added to my favourite's.

Easy to fit,
Found the part easy to find on Ransom spares website,easy enough to fit and saved a lot of money on call out and fitting charges,most do it yourself minded people will be able to fit these drum paddles no problem,just make sure you bend the stainless steel tab up slightly on the drum,press the new paddle on the tab locating the slots at the same time,hold the drum with one hand push the paddle down and slide towards the back of the drum,you should hear a slight click when the tab on the drum locates the drum paddle,now try to slide the paddle back towards you if it wont its ok,if it comes off again you will need to bend the tab on the drum higher up then repeat process. It would be better if these parts were stainless steel but they were cheap enough fix

Fantastic product, great fit for my machine
I didn't even know of such a product until my washing machine started tearing my clothes :-( After realising the paddles in my 2nd hand machine had been removed, your website came up in my search, great price and even better than that, fab videos to show me exactly what to do. I really had no idea what I was doing but it took no more than 5 mins to fit all 3 paddles. Thank you so much for saving the rest of my clothes!! :-)

Prompt speedy delivery of the right part which was easy to fit. Will certainly use this site again and will recommend to others. (Amazed to see last reviewer lives near me in France - perhaps his washing machine is around the same age as ours and the drum paddles drop off after a certain amount of usage?!)
