All fine, no issues whatsoever. £70+ didn't seem cheap to me but that may simply be I don't buy bottom baskets for a 10 year old dishwasher very often!

Great product
This fitted my John Lewis dishwasher just as it said it would. Slides in and out easily. Well designed to fit lots of crockery etc in.

Great service
I had never used this company before. I found them through an internet search. Their service was first class. A prompt response to my order and a prompt dispatch of my goods. The spare arrived well packaged and in full working order. The spare works well and best of all the price was the cheapest that I could find online. I thought that this sort of service no longer existed. Such a refreshing change!

Excellent genuine product at a bargain price. Fits perfectly and is better configuration than the original basket. Product arrived very quickly and I am very happy to highly recommend both the product and Ransom spares.

Good inexpensive replacement basket

New Basket
Prompt & efficient service from Ransoms. Not a manufacturer's official part but a compatible alternative. Slightly different design but fits my dishwasher perfectly and was easy to install. Far cheaper than genuine part. no problems so far.
