Not Next Day Delivery
Okay so the part itself was fine no issues original part etc. I've left 2 stars for value as I paid £7.95 for delivery as apparently Northumberland is in the same bracket as the channel islands. This company posts from Yeovil by the way. Next day delivery? It does say 2 days for rural areas but it took 4 days to get here. Royal Mail 2nd class would've taken the same time. I think the main issue was it took them nearly 2 days to dispatch the order. I'm not being funny but when you pay for next day delivery you expect you order dispatched within 1 working day max. I will probably use this company again but I think they need an overhaul of the delivery charges/system. Chris

Perfect fit
Once I tracked down the exact part number for this washing machine it was easy to order. Was worried it would not be the same but it was a perfect fit. Shame the tenant was so heavy handed and could not wait for the 3 minute safety lock to disengage before trying to open the door. Saved having to replace the hole door front.

Fast and Easy to fit
Great price and was the cheapest when searching online!! item was delivered very speedily and such a relief to be able to fit it with great ease and fast…..was a 5 minute job to do!! The item was packaged very well so no damage done during delivery. Will use random spares again if I suffer another breakage as it’s great to repair then replace. Great company and highly recommend you to use them!!

It was the part I needed in the timeframe I needed
Replacement door handle for my washing machine that came in good time, and was the correct part. It was the original part so not much to say about the product, just my thanks to Ransom for the easy ordering, good communication, and good quick delivery. Would recommend them to others.

Fit for purpose
This is a part I've changed numerous times over the years on different machines and this product fits the bill exactly. Always confusing fitting the new one getting the latch/spring orientation correct but as far as the product itself goes, its what you want!

Washing machine door handle
Exact colour match to washing machine. Door now opens better than it did before original handle broke. Very smooth action. Fitting tip; take photo of how lever and spring are aligned before removing old assembly. Very pleased with item and result. Would recommend.

Just what was needed
Good product, every thing you need after the previous handle had snapped inside. Bit tricky to put together if your not sure what your doing, but all good once done.
