Saved money by replacing motor brushes on BOSCH CLASSIXX Washing Machine
Purchased a set of motor brushes over 2 years ago from Ransom. Parts arrived promptly. Easy to fit on the motor of the BOSCH CLASSIXX washing machine. Most of the 2 hours spent cleaning the dust etc off the inside! Lot cheaper than a new motor assembly. Still running well.

It fitted!!
So I've bought a number of things from Ransoms but thought this deserved a review. Having originally ordered direct from Bosch after their website confirmed that the selected part fitted my exact model number, guess what, it didn't fit. Luckily for me Ransom website had selected a different set of brushes and whizzed them to me 48hrs later, guess what, they fitted!! A quick video on youtube later and the washing machine is back in business. Ransom our my go to for parts, I'd strongly recommend that you save yourself time and order what you need from them now.

Perfect fit, a bit fiddly!
These were a perfect fit, fitting them took a while as they are quite fiddly, but the video online was a huge help and showed how to do it perfectly!

Speedy delivery and easy fitting
The Ransom site helped me determine the problem and the correct parts, had them in stock for quick delivery. In addition, they also had an online instruction video which provided great details to make the fitting easy. First class service from Ransom, will recommend and use again.

Fixed the washer
A little pricey perhaps but I'd rather have a trouble free repair and years of reliable service from the machine. There are cheaper alternatives but they wear faster.

Perfect fit, washing machine working again
Easy fix for our washing machine, had to remove the motor to get at the clips but maybe 1 hour start to finish including removing the machine from under the stairs!

Good product (but expensive)
Easy enough to fit. Pretty noisy for the first week or so. Have now bedded in and noise significantly reduced. No issues.

Just a quick note to say thank you for the new brushes you sent me recently for my washing machine. They fitted perfectly and the machine is now back working again as normal. It was very easy to find the correct brushes I needed to fit from your website and as genuine Bosch replacements I am hoping they will last along time.

Perfect. Easy to order correct part and arrived on time
Anyone can replace this part in a washing machine. I am a novice and it was straightforward. Fitting the springs is a bit of a fiddle but not difficult. Check out YouTube for some excellent videos detailing how to do this.

Very happy repair
Brushes arrived promptly and well packaged. Brushes are tricky to fit, but this is due to the appliance rather than the brushes themselves.

Thank goodness it was the Brushes
nay months out of Warrenty and our expensive Washing machine stopped working. I check the Fault code out on the web and to was either the Processor of the Motor. After watching the How to video on web I removed the motor and checked the brushes and to my delight they were very worn. 4 days later the new parts arrived and i could begin working through the mountain of washing that had built up.
