Fitted my dishwasher
Whilst the top basket came in one piece the bottom basket required fitting together. Not a problem as all parts were received and the instructions were fairly easy to follow. Again not a complete match for my NEFF dishwasher but certainly fit for purpose.

Bosch Dishwasher lower basket
Good quality and upgraded accessories on the lower basket for my older Bosch dishwasher. A little on the expensive side though. Didn’t need the cutlery basket, as my original was still in good order. Excellent packaging and good fitting instructions. Delivered earlier than expected.

Perfect Replacement
My original basket had corroded, some parts had broken and other parts were left rusty. I didn't want to have to get a new dishwasher, as there's nothing wrong with the machine, so started looking for replacement parts. Ransom Spares were the most competitively priced and it was easy to find the correct part for my dishwasher on their website. The basket arrived quickly and it was really easy to fit. It was a bit pricey but it is even better quality than the original so my dishwasher is like new again after 15 years. I wasn't sure what the additional rack was for but found it it is for wine glasses :-)

Great replacement
This was bought to replace a dishwasher basket that had had parts removed by the previous home owner, leaving only a few prongs for holding dinner plates. It fitted perfectly and is of good quality. It seems pricey but it has made the dishwasher a lot more efficient to load again. Ransom Spares always pack their items well & deliver promptly.

Good replacement part
Very good replacement bottom drawer for our Bosch dishwasher. Easy to order and arrived within a couple of days. A little pricey but we are really happy with the part and would purchase from here again.

Fantastic service
The bottom tray of my dishwasher fell to pieces just before Christmas and I dreaded handwashing all the dishes for Christmas dinner. I put in a late night order just so I wouldn't have to think about it again and I was thrilled to receive the replacement in good time. It seems a shame to have to buy a replacement but this is much better than the original with new helpful features. Thank you!

Good quality product, easily assembled, great service
Ransom were able to promptly source the lower basket for my ageing Neff dishwaher. It arrived in 48 hours, was easily assembled and fits perfectly. It is a very good quality product (better than the original). Excellent customer service.

Excellent quality
Great product to replace a drawer in a Siemens integrated dishwasher. The model of the drawer had been updated to the original and is a slightly different design, so I was a little concerned whether it would fit. It is perfect, with some additional racks and adjustable options. It was also delivered promptly. Very happy with product and fast service.

Easy replacement
My lower basket had corroded quite badly and was contaminating my dishwasher with rust particles. This replacement part is more sturdy than the original and is a direct replacement so easy to fit in seconds. Extended the life of my dishwasher without breaking the bank.

Great Product
I had to replace the lower rack in our dishwasher as it was rusting and falling apart. I Googled and found a few places who sold spares, but one place was too expensive and the other didn’t have a compatible part. Ransomspares had just the part needed, and it was cheaper than the other site. It required minimal assembly but fits my dishwasher perfectly. If I ever need more spare parts, I’ll definitely use Ransomspares again.

Good quality but pricey
Very good quality product, but pricey for what it is. Fitted fine although instructions take a bit of figuring out.
