Perfect part as good as original
Ransome Spares provide great spare parts for all Siemens appliances. Our most recent purchase was the opening handle for an IQ tumble dryer. Last year we renewed our Siemens fridge shelves. A highly recommended firm and always prompt delivery.

Tumbledryer handle
The part fits well and does the job perfectly. The screws (not part of handle but the machine itself) are fiddly but its very simple.

Good as new!
My drier is 15y old. I had put up with a wobbly handle for a long time before it broke off and I had to replace it. It came off because the plastic plugs on it, into which the screws locate, had broken. I had a bit of a fiddle getting these broken plugs out of the door and getting the self-tapping screws out of them. You will need the screws, as this handle is not supplied with any screws. (BTW the screws have a Torx head). When I done all this, the new handle fitted perfectly. Works really well. I don’t know why I didn’t replace it before; I even tightened the door hinges as the door had dropped. All as good as new! Even with CoVID limitations, delivery was very quick. Many thanks.

Great replacement
Easy to fit although a funny screw head, I used a small flat head. Perfect replacement handle and does the job required.

New handle, fitted easily, quality is good.
It was the part I required, a simple handle to a tumble dryer door. I do wonder why the manufacturer used screws with a specialist head for such a simple part. However, I finally found a use for one of those odd shaped screw bits that you always get in a box of drill bits and the handle was soon fitted.

Great product and service, devil to fit!
Ransom spares was the cheapest site by far to purchase a replacement for my broken Siemens tumble dryer door handle. Excellent service also, arrived next day by express delivery. Item was perfect. Devil to fit though. Handle fractured at plastic where screws enter it. Needed a special square headed screw driver to undo screws. Difficult as fractured plastic was still attached to the screws. Ended up having to dismantle the whole door, removing all of the screws to remove the fractured plastic remnants of the door handle! Then had to put it all back together again Quite a job! Can't fault Ransome spares though!

Does what it says on the tin!...my daughter managed to break the original, not a great design in the first place, but replacement easy to fit and cheaper than a new door!..thank you

A good replacement - but just a good job I kept the screw from the old handle as it came without fitting screws.

Wonderful
When the door handle snapped off my tumble drier my immediate thought was expensive call out or new tumble drier required. However I decided to see if anyone else had experienced this problem and find out how they had resolved it. Google sent me to Ransome Spares where I found this part at such an amazingly reasonable price. My husband luckily had the required screw driver and so together we fitted the new handle and it works perfectly. Very very pleased.
