Perfect
Quick ordering, quick delivery. It was a perfect, but much cheaper replacement for a Bosch branded handle. It was also easy to fit. Delighted.

Easy-peasey
The part was priced well and was easy to fit. The only issue is with the Bosch part itself - it is weak around the screw fixings that hold it to the door which is why it breaks! Ransom was fast, clear and helpful so it didn't take long to sort it out.

Exact replacement for the original but broken handle
Very easy to fit (just 3 screws) once I had managed to remove the sheared off bits left from the original handle - I think this one will be more durable (the original lasted over 4 years before it broke!). The delivery was very fast and efficient and the price was very reasonable.

Easy & Great Value Handle Replacement
Just before the 2yr warranty expired, the handle broke on our Bosch dryer. A quick search on Ransom Spares and I found the exact replacement at a very good price. It arrived within fours days, and was very easy to replace. Really good service and ... much easier than attempting to get the handle from Bosch under warranty. Many thanks

Great Service & Product
Having broke my tumble dryer handle my husband went on the internet where he found Ransom spares. I phoned and ordered the part on Friday and the part was with me on the following Wednesday. The gentleman I spoke to was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product I needed. The whole experience was painless and very good value only costing me around £5.00 including postage. I know if I had called a repairman out the call out charge would have been at least 5 times that amount plus parts. Thank you Ransom Spares.

Good spare part - shame about the original design
Fitting the door handle was reasonably easy - once the old broken mountings had been teased out of the door. Once fitted, the door worked as it did when the machine was new. Of course, it will break again - but that is down to the design of the plastic moulding, not the spare parts supplier !

Bosch Tumble Drier Handle
Very easilly found the right part on the website and arrived within a couple of days. Very happy with the part and only took a few minutes to replace the broken one although you need a special screwdriver bit and a pair of pliers to hold the broken parts of the old handle whilst the screws are removed. Anyway, service from RansomSpares was first class.

easy to fit
Once I got the proper tools for the job it was a straight forward job, not a screwdriver, needs tork key to fit. Well packaged and genuine part
