Bosch handle for dryer
There's not much to say about the part. It's a replacement handle. However, I'm very glad Ransom stock these as I've been using a plastic tool to prise the door open for a week. Ransom seem to be the only company who have such varied stock so I can guarantee in getting a replacement quick, especially for my model number. Bosch....I've had three handles now. When are you going to make them sturdier?

Great product
I frequently catch the edge of the drier door as I walk past and consequently break the handle from time to time. However, this is simple to replace as the replacement handle is fitted using only four screws The most difficult part is getting the broken part out of the door! A good price and speedy delivery - what more could you ask.

Bosch Tumble Drier Handle- Grab it!
After some years of use, our Bosch tumble drier door handle snapped whilst trying to open the door to remove washing. Turns out there is a design flaw where the mouiting pegs become brittle with age through thernal and mechanical stresses. Finding a replacement handle was easy by simply searching under model number. After reading how common this failure is, I ordered two in order to keep a spare in hand. Part arrived in 6 days. Unfortunately a packing error meant that only one arrived instead of the two I'd bought, despite the packing sheet stating two were included in the envelope (incorrect). A quick call later and the missing one was dispatched without quibble (great service), again taking arond one week to arrive. Fitting was simplicity itself, involving removing the 4 Torx screws holding on the part. Due to where the handle mounting peg had fractured, it was necessary to use long nose pliers to tease it out- only the edge was peeping out to grip. Job was still alll done in 3mins. Pleased to report that part is genuine Bosch so at least as good as the original. Hopefully lasts another few years before it will inevitably give up again... but at this low price, can't grumble. Will shop here again.
