For the sake of a new catch we kept our drier going!
The door catch snapped. As an old product I had little hope of getting a replacement Ransom had the part, it arrived promptly. The video on how to replace didn’t match our model but on reading the reviews another member of the public said it was easy to do once you popped the door apart. This we did and 5 mins later everything was back in working order. I am a happy bunny. My clothes don’t need to be spread round the house to dry!! Thank you

Excellent part and good Customer service
Door catch broke on our tumble dryer meaning the machine would not operate, put in the number of the machine into the search facility and quickly found the part required, very easy to order and delivered exactly as described. Part was easily fitted, machine now working again. Excellent service.

Tumble Drier door catch
Using online video of replacing broken catch easily removed and replaced within five minutes using only a knife and cross head screwdriver. Very easy and straightforward repair. Part was supplied within time specified and perfect fit. Excellent service and price.

door catch review
Simple part required for tumble drier to work. One gets used to small pieces of plastic costing a surprising amount when it comes to appliance spares. However this supplier offered the lowest cost and delivery was very quick. Repair completed and all back to normal in no time. Well done Ransom. Excellent service.
