Saved buying a new oven!
Product was the correct replacement part for a Neff oven. Fitted by a professional who commented that it was a good price! Oven is now working again, great to be able to repair it rather than replacing the whole thing.

Good product: Quite Easy to fit
Initially I had a problem with the order because I didn't receive a confirmation email and my login to the website would not work. I phoned Ransom, left a message and they sorted it and I was told the item was on back order. It arrived 10 days later when Ransom said it would. I am happy with their service. The item is fairly easy to fit on a Neff oven. The built in unit has to be removed so as to access the back to remove screws and connectors. My only concern is why the original element failed. Will this one fail after just 7 years also? In this case the outer one of the two ceramic elements clean fractured.

had to contact ransoms spares before I ordered this part because I was un sure if it was for top or bottom oven. Got an answer within an hour to confirm it was correct. Part turned up built in oven had to be removed but very easy to fit.iv used ransoms 3 times and always been quick and good quality items.

Product very easy to fit
So happy with heater element for a Bosch oven and very happy with the price. After taking a photo before we removed the old element it was so easy to fit. Great service from RansomSpares would definitely recommend. Thank you.
