The product was an improvement on the original and is much easier to use when changing fitments. It was also much better value for money than just an original hose replacement.

Great replacement

My old Karcher hose split and I was delighted to find that I could get a suitable Karcher replacement after inputting my jetwasher details on the Ransom spares site. I’ve found this hose to be better than the original as it’s more flexible, longer and easier to attach to the main unit. However, it took a little trial and error to figure out how to connect the quick-connect fitting so at first it was far from quick! I also had to figure out how to disconnect and attach the jet lance from my old handgun to the new handgun, but got there eventually. Some guidance would have been useful, but my old jetwash is doing its job again and is now easier to use with a more flexible hose. It certainly saved a lot of money over a totally new unit.

Excellent

Previous hose wore out so ordered this replacement. I didn't need the gun but it came with the hose. Replacing the old hose took 5 minutes - literally. My wife was as surprised as me because my 5 minute jobs normally last an hour. I have kept the original gun as it has a display showing jet strength (replacement does not) but I have used it a couple of times since and this has not been a problem. I now have a spare gun if I ever need it. Hose quality actually appears better than what I had before.

very pleased with overall price of this product in quality and delivery,all came as agreed on purchase. Seemed to be the wrong product for my particular machine but after a phone call to your technicians all was explained very well on why the adaption socket was supplied but only found out later when fitting the whole machine casing ind motor had to come off, but fairly easy and all worked well when completed
