Ordered the jockey wheel - price was very competitive and ordering was easy. Delivery very quick. Fitting was fiddly but succeeded in the end. Will definitely use this company again.

Great new jockey wheel easily in, squealing dryer out
Ordered a new jockey wheel knowing that the old one was completely worn and the dryer was squealing constantly. Part turned up within 3 days on standard delivery, fitted within an hour including a good hoover out of the dryer insides. An excellent quality and great fitting replacement part.

Receieved my order quickly and although it was a bit awkward to fit we didnt need to get an expert it and it's saved me having to buy a new dryer so I'm happy

Difficult to fit, but did the job

Good quality part,not an easy fit.
A good quality genuine hotpoint part.But it is a little difficult to fit the replacement,but worked well.Allow plenty of time.
