Mesh Filter for Hotpoint Dryer
Standard manufacturers original equipment filter. The old one failed at the hinge which I guess happens from time to time. The replacement arrived the next day and fitted first time. I'm happy!

Hotpoint Tumble Dryer Lint filter
Hotpoint have made this part obsolete, no doubt to force me to buy a newer model and prematurely scrap my perfectly working condensing tumble dryer for the sake of a plastic filter. Ransom Spares to the rescue!! They sent me the correct original part in 24hrs. Hotpoint need to learn from them if they want customers to remain loyal to their brand. It also doesn't say much for Hotpoints eco credentials if they force scrappage after only a few years use. Great job Ransom Spares you are doing your bit to save the planet.

Excellent replacement, good customer service
When the part was received it had been damaged in transit and could not be used. A single call to customer service resulted in a replacement being shipped immediately, the replacement is perfect and has been fitted without any problem.
