Easy to identify and order - by oven manufacturer & model. Relatively easy to fit, it just required a few panels to be removed to get access. Delivered quickly & well packaged.

Delivered well packaged and undamaged. Easy to fit and works perfectly. I purchased the genuine replacement as opposed to the cheaper versions. I hope it lasts as long as the original fitted in the Siemens factory which was 10 years ago. It gets almost daily use so represents good value if it lasts. Time will tell.

Good Replacement Part
Bought this as my old grill element was not performing very well and the new one has made a huge difference. It was a bit slow to arrive as it transpired it was out of stock despite saying when I ordered that it was In Stock. Anyway the person I spoke to when querying this was very helpful and advised that it had now arrived in stock and would be sent out that day. I received it two days later and considering the Covid 19 situation I think all things considered that the service was still pretty good. The video instructions on how to fit were very useful.

Fitting video really good.
Easy to fit. Very prompt delivery. Quality seems good, but this grill element burns out regularly after a 2 or 3 years use - however, that's a Siemens design failure, not a Ransomes issue.
